Movie couples with good chemistry

If you want good romantic chemistry in your life, one thing that can help is surrounding yourself with examples of good chemistry which help you feel good about romance and which help you visualize yourself in that love story position. According to the Law of Attraction, the more you focus on the thing you desire (whilst feeling good about it), the more likely you are to attract it to yourself.

Meaningful Activities

Happiness Equation postcard One of the ingredients that Personal Development and Positive Psychology gurus often include as being an important part of the “Happiness Equation” is the ingredient of “having meaningful goals”. Psychologist, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi said that the best moments usually occur when a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something meaningful and worthwhile.  (1)

The question is, what are meaningful goals or worthwhile activities?

The experts say that what you find meaningful varies from person to person. According to Positive Psychologist, Tal Ben-Shahar, someone could find meaning in making furniture and another person may find it in volunteering in a homeless shelter.(1) When I heard this, my first thought was that it would be interesting to delve a bit deeper into what makes acitivities such as these meaningful. How to be more decisive

We all have times in our lives when we feel like it’s hard to make a certain decision and that feeling of indecisiveness can be frustrating and can make you feel really stuck. The good news is that no matter how indecisive you may be about one subject, there are always other aspects of your life where you can make decisions.

According to the Law of Attraction that’s taught by Abraham Hicks, the more you remember and think about the times when you are decisive, the more decisiveness will infiltrate into your general vibration in other aspects too.

It can be helpful to make a list of things you can easily make decisions about, to help you show yourself that there are times when you can be decisive. The longer you focus on your list, the better your chances are of raising your vibration on this matter.
