- I love the way every movement feels smooth and effortless.
- I love the way my body feels strong from the inside.
- I love knowing that inside my body, clever things are happening to repair, heal and make everything function as best as possible – all the time!
- I love knowing that positive thinking and feeling good helps optimize body functioning.
- I love feeling energized, vibrant, full of life and enthusiastic.
- I love the feeling your body has after a good sleep – all fresh and revitalized for a brand new day.
- I love looking in the mirror and seeing my skin looking smooth and lovely, with good coloring.
- I love looking at my nails and seeing them all healthy and smooth, a beautiful delicate pink with white tips.
- I love it when my head feels clear and sharp. The way it helps me focus easily, think deliberately and be on the ball.
- I love it when my eyes see clearly and easily.
- I love the way my teeth are strong and help me eat my food with ease and joy.
- I love the way I breathe in through my nose easily and smoothly.
- I love the way it feels when I streeeeeeetch and it feels so satisfying for the muscles!
- I love the way it feels when you take a deep satisfying breath in…. and out once in a while; oxygenating your body. It’s almost like a good stretch!
- I love the way it feels when you clench and then unclench a muscle, feeling your body’s strength followed by the relaxation flow back into your body.
- I love knowing that my heart is always beating healthfully in my chest without me having to even think about it.
- I love knowing that my lungs are always purifying my air for my easily and effortlessly.
- I love knowing that all my body organs are doing their work automatically for me; looking after me; caring for me and helping me feel good.
- I love the way my body is so clever that it tells me when I need to eat or drink, or go to the bathroom.
- I love the way the conscious part of me and the physical part of me make such a good team!
- I love the way the body can make many of its own vitamins and convert nutrients to ensure you have what you need.
- I love the way I can feel my abs getting tighter every time I walk and my abs work left/ right in coordination with my moving feet.
- I love the way it feels to walk gracefully and elegantly – naturally, moving forward without even thinking.
- I love feeling comfortable in my body.
- I love the moments when I notice something about my body that a like: like a healthy looking set of nails, or my skin looking healthy and pretty, or my hair looking healthy and shiny, or my skin feeling smooth and silky, or my teeth looking particularly strong and white, or my eyes being a beautiful shape, or my nose being cute and dainty, or my ears being small and sweet, or my arms looking smooth and slender…
- I love the way doing certain Tai Chi movements feels soothing.
- I love the way a massage can feel wooonderful! Ooh foot massages, and back massages, gently easing the muscles and making your muscles feels supple and flexible and lovely. Soothed.. relaxed..
- I love the way your body feels when it’s relaxed.
- I love the way your body feels when you’re in a beautiful place, breathing in fresh air, feeling the gentle warmth of the sun, the subtle breeze caress your cheek – and you feel like the healthful surroundings are infused into your very being!
